All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and free of damage or stains. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will not be eligible for return.

Stale Returns: Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be honored.
Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
Full Refund in Original Payment Method (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your return will be processed, and your refund will be issued to you in the original payment method, within 14 business days. An email will be sent to notify you the process has been completed, and your refund has been issued. Please note your refund covers the purchase price of each item and tax, if applicable. We do not issue refunds for the original shipping charges.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for another color or size or a different style, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). We will ship the exchange to you at your expense. All exchanges are based on inventory available.
If your package arrives damaged or with missing contents, file a claim immediately with your local USPS. If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package. DAMAGED ITEMS ARE HANDLED WITH YOUR LOCAL USPS. DO NOT SHIP BACK TO US.
